Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We can't ship to Colorado yet; Colorado delivery is coming soon. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Order minimum

Every order needs at least 3 vials.

Shipping rates

$5.99 flat rate on orders under $65.
Free shipping on orders of $65 or more.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from our facility in the United States, usually within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund the product cost minus shipping, or reship once you pay the new shipping charge.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email hello@citocheats.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
