Refund policy

Returns

You can return unopened Citoethyl vials within 30 days of delivery. Vials must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. For food-safety reasons we can't accept opened or partly used vials.

How to start a return

Email hello@citocheats.com with your order number and the number of vials you're returning. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake with your order. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the unopened vials for a refund and place a new order.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
